on the newest update how do you turn off phone number Suggestions when you start dialing

Hi Dean, To turn off phone number suggestions (Siri contact suggestions) on your iPhone, go to Settings > Contacts > Siri & Search and then toggle "Show Contact Suggestions" to off; this will prevent Siri from suggesting contacts based on your email, calendar, and other app usage.

I appreciate the suggestion I already did that the first day it happened and then turned the phone off and on it still didn’t work. It still does it. It’s a bug with the new 18.2 update
Hi but there is no "Contacts" tab in settings in the newest IO18.3.1
They moved Contacts to Apps. Go to Settings, scroll down to Apps. It's in there.
