First chosen 95% battery charge limit. After around 10-15 days, I decided to chose 100%, the figure charge limit 95% which used before shown as green in interval(80-85-90-95-100). How to reset it to show grey as other numbers?

It might but the history of the battery is stored in the battery. What it would probably lose is usage history. But it will change as your charging practices vary, battery ages, and your iPhone usage pattern changes. The green marking is meant to be fluid and change so as to always indicate what is best for your battery life overall.
I believe that’s the highest percentage Apple recommends for optimized charging.
