I accidentally fell asleep with my phone in my hand and when I woke up it severely had burned my skin. I have a huge scar help me!

If the events are as you describe, your iPhone is defective. You should immediately turn the device off and return to Apple for an inspection. iPhones have internal sensors that are designed to shut down the device before it gets hot enough to cause physical damage. The fact that it got so hot as to cause a burn indicates the severity of the malfunction. Do not continue to use the device under any circumstances.
