I change my region recently, then changed it back. But now i cant listen to my music. Last time i checked i said something along the line of “this account only works in the U.S”

Getting Pruchases After Cahing Back Location/Region:
Once you change your location/region, you need to purchase it all again. Having reset back to where this was purchases, contact Apple back, seeing if it can given back to you fixed.
