ATV 4K 3rd Gen requires frequent restarts

I need to frequently power off and power on, or restart, my 3rd Gen Apple TV 4K. By frequent I mean every week or so. It happens most often when I make a shift within an app, like selecting a next episode from the Apple TV app, or selecting a new network within YouTube TV, for instance. The box will freeze up, or present a black picture, or sometimes a distorted picture. Then, when I turn it off and on, or often do a complete "restart" it corrects itself until the next time.

I've owned every version of Apple TV (except for the 4K 2nd Gen), and always found them to be reliable. At least one of them has never required a restart in all the years I have owned it.

This seems to be a latest Gen problem. Does anyone have a solution for what I should do to make my ATV 4K 3rd Gen more reliable?

I neglected to say this is the third one of these I have had. Since the 3rd Gen came out my first two became unusable to the point that I replaced them. I am referring to my third one here, but the posting actually covers all of the 3rd Gen ones I have had. I hope the next version of ATV 4K is more reliable.
