May I know what's the reason behind removal of my response to @Shoeluv13. While am following guidelines and responding whereas other people using sensitive words like arguing, fake, barrier etc... their post are not deleted.
If I ask valid questions and if answers to that questions will affect the Apple means then that post directly will get removed?
This shows we are not here to help each other by giving solution or feedback. Its like promoting the product.
I would like to know how a user can with Apple Community Staff or Activation Unlock Team.
Since Day 1 I have few queries to Apple Backend team and here people stated Apple Staff wont respond or view the discussion howere now I can see Apple Staffs are also viewing this discussion due to that they removed the post which cannot be answered.
My Queries to Apple Community Staff and Apple Support Activation Unlock Team:
1.Successfully transfer data from my old phone to new phone if am not logged with apple id then how data transfer will get success?
2.What will be the apple account will be now available in the erased iPhone?
3.Will this erased iPhone able to accept the transfer from another iPhone for second time?
4.Invoice of purchase iPhone perhaps from Apple unauthorized seller. However, that seller invoice has their shop Tax ID, purchased person name, mode of payment, Date, phone model, serial number. Purchased Person enabling the Apple Care + from Apple showroom and that invoice name and name in unauthorized seller invoice name, phone serial number are also identical then why can’t be considered for additional support document as proof of owner?
5.Offical Apple pages neither mentioned invoice only taken as proof ownership and nor mentioned that invoice from Apple Store or Apple Authorized seller is accepted. That shows even Third party seller invoice still valid if it has serial number, IMEI or MEID in this case proof of purchase has serial and imei with owner info then what could be reason for not accepting the request?
6.Apple Support Team confirmed in video sharing the invoice valid serial number in box, device is matching , invoice has name, date of purchase can be processed for submitting the Activation Unlock request. Then could you let me know why other team in Apple claims same invoice can't be considered for processing request?
7.Did you any sell 6 to 7 years old device with box and invoice by putting 6 year old date? Will any stolen device will have invoice, box, iphone and complete set?
