Apple Wallet has a problem. I cannot add boarding passes for my son and myself - each overwrites the other. This forces me to have paper boarding passes when we travel together. How do I start an action to get the application fixed? iPhone 12 with iOS 26.2
It is not being restricted. I can have either but not both. The files are not identically named - they are in separate emails with separate distinctive urls for getting the passes. The passes are different files entirely.

The emails contain a file that is added to your Wallet. For one file to overwrite the other they would need to be named with identical names. The airline names the files, so in your scenario the airline needs to name the files differently. What airline is it?
Apple Wallet utilizes a specific format file. Whether the email contains the file, or you download the file, the concept is the same. The airline is using the same name for each file. The airline must name the files differently for both to be added the same wallet.

Indeed; fortunately a classmate called my number to see. The did fix it, however.
The emails do not contain files. Each has a url link to the individual boarding pass. I download each pass from the link and add to wallet.
