64 bit requirement for apps
sooo...how can I updaate a 32 bit to 63 bit? There's so many of them from Apple, too.

All Apple apps are already 64-bit. Third party apps do not need to be upgraded until Catalina comes out in the fall. If you don't install it you won't need to upgrade. The notices you are getting are just reminders. You can check with the developers for updates.

The OS itself is already 64 bit. What needs to be updated or upgraded are any apps you have that are 32 bit only.
You don't need to do anything it you stay on Mojave or older. It's the upcoming Catalina OS that will be 64 bit only.
