Assuming you mean how can you run 32 bit apps on macOS Catalina, you can't.
Catalina does not support 32 bit applications.
If you have a legal copy of an earlier version of macOS, you can run it using vitualization in something like VM Ware Fusion, Parallels, or Virtual Box and run your 32 bit apps in the VM.
