Hi, hope you can help....
I have a new Mac computer. When asked do I want to update apps (Pages, Keynotes and Numbers) it says "Cannot Update App - cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID". I have only ever had one Apple ID which I have had for several years with a number of iPhones.
Can anyone help please?
