connecting a DELL U2415 to MacBook Pro 13-inch with Touch Bar, Late 2016

wow I am a three-decade Mac user and cannot figure out which adapter to get to make this monitor work! the monitor has these ports:


Connectivity

2 HDMI(MHL) connector

1 Mini DisplayPort

1 DisplayPort (version 1.2)

1 DisplayPort out (MST)

1 Audio Line out (connect your speakers)

5 USB 3.0 ports - Downstream (5 at the back, 1 with battery charging)

1 USB 3.0 port - Upstream


and comes with these cables:


DP cable ( Mini-DP to DP)

USB 3.0 upstream cable (enables the USB ports on the monitor)


my MBP has four Thunderbolt 3 ports. thanks!
