i deleted an email from my phone and it deleted a ton of my contacts. I went to restore contacts and picked a date before I removed the email and it still did not restore the missing contacts. Can you help?

What if restoring my contacts isn't working?

Your contacts were associated with and stored in the email account that you removed. This is very common if it was a work account, like Outlook or Exchange.

The only way to get those contacts back is to put the email account back.
