Icloud photos missing

I just recently logged in to my icloud using my new iphone. My icloud photos was uploaded on my photos but when i was scrolling through some of photos were missing. I checked out apple as to why this is happening and what are the possible solutions but still it’s not there. I don’t remember deleting those pictures because those were important memories. Is there anything i can do to recover it?
