I can not use Microsoft 365 that I've purchased on my Mac.

I have Microsoft 365 subscription for a year but I can not use it on my MacBook Pro. When I open the Microsoft app, it said " I'm not purchased the Microsoft 365"

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

You’ll want to confirm you’re logged into the same Microsoft ID as purchased the subscription, confirm you’re running the most recent Microsoft Office update and apply any patches found, and then try a Mac reboot if that’s not already been tried. Then check with Microsoft Support.
