Screen 'scratch'/'nick' on my macbook air m1

Can someone be able to explain what these marks are on my screen?

I haven't dropped it, nor dropped anything onto it, it was always in a protective case.

The case may have been to cause of your issue. The tolerance between the Screen and Keyboard is so small - anything that gets between the screen and keyboard can cause damage to the screen.

Only Apple or Apple Authorized Service Centre can fix this and be aware - it may not be covered for repairs. They and Only They can quote a price for fixing it.
