when using the small floating window, the paste option that usually comes up at the top of the keyboard does not appear. I have to switch to the full keyboard and then paste the item. Is this expected?
The floating keyboard, by design, is “compact”.
If you have copied something to your iPad clipboard, simply tapping on a text input area should summon both the floating keyboard and the black paste/select bar.
