I am trying to setup my mini, and it is telling me "to continue, set up the following on your iphone" "two factor authentication" and "sign in to itunes". Both of these are already done. I have two factor on, and am signed into itunes. But the setup will not go past this. How do I fix this problem or complete the setup instructions?

Keychain needs to be on as well
Try signing out of your Apple ID. restart the iPhone then sign back in and try set up again
