Refund
I ordered an iPhone 11 today, payment went through then it got cancelled cause apple does not ship to freight forwarders. When I check my order status apple says that I have not being billed when I did. How do I get my refund back?

That doesn't validate Apple collected money. Check with your credit card company directly. You'll likely see there was no actual charge. If, as I said above there was, it will reverse, just not immediately.
That appears to be pre-authorization. Again, Apple does not officially charge a payment method until an item officially ships.
I'm not going to argue with you. We are all users here on this user to user only forum. Apple is not in the habit of keeping people's money for items they don't ship. Did you do as I suggested and call your credit card company?
Feel free to use the Get Support button at the top of this page. I cannot help you further.
Apple doesn't actually bill your payment method until your item ships to begin with. If a charge does appear, it will fall off, just not instantly and can take a few days for the charge to reverse.
So why was the exact money from the account deducted?
thanks for your time and clearing this up for me, at this point I believe that's it's something I have to deal with my bank. I will give it a few days and see what happens
You're welcome. And you can trust that Apple has no intention of keeping any money, IF they even took any money to begin with.
