I have multiple devices (external HDs) for backup, etc., and just purchased new iMac 24".
Apple products for adapting Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3, as well as for connecting HDMI to T-Bolt 3, are pretty pricey.
Any suggestions for more reasonable 3rd-party alternatives or, ideally, multiport adapters with at least two Thunderbolt 2 ports plus HDMI, USB and possibly others?

Thunderbolt 2 hardware will require an adapter at the very least. I doubt you will find any new hubs that support without adapters.
