Name Change didn’t fully work

I changed my name on my apple ID, but I still get emails from Apple addressed to my old name. Every time I login to my Apple ID it displays the correct name, but I still receive emails from Apple with the wrong name? It's the same with my old address, when I’m billed for subscriptions on the App Store or with extra iCloud storage.
