audio messages during screen time ios 16

I recently updated my phone to the iOS 16. I guess the update is cool, but I just can't understand how to send audio messages during my screen time lockdown. I put my phone on lockdown because of my schedule and timing. I would love to send messages to audio over text. With the new update, it has audio messages as an app so once my time comes it locks with all the other apps. I do not know how to unlock it, or even find it in both my settings and my library.
