Beats Flex for students
I received an email about redeeming Beats Flex for my student subscription from new@applemusic.com . When I click "Add to Cart", it says that I can only redeem one Beats Flex. Can anybody help me?
I ran into the same issue. Spent hours on the phone with Apple support being shuttled between Apple Music and Sales and neither could figure it out. It seems the offer and the website are being managed by a third party firm called Carlton One, so Apple said to use the "Contact Us" link on the page and wait for a response for them for now :/
