Help seeing account balance and recent purchases.
My account balance in the upper right corner of the window of the store has suddenly decreased. I think I may have 2 accounts. I used to be able to see my purchases and now I can not.
I am unable to use the most current version of iTunes because I am phasing out an old iMac using 10.1.6 with iTunes version 12.8.2.3 while I get ready to purchase a new computer.
I tried signing out and in again and still couldn't see any thing.
Any assistance would be terrific! Thanks in advance.
