Can't see purchases.

I’m phasing out an old iMac (2011 using OS Sierra 10.12.6) and need help bridging the gap while I make the move towards my purchasing my new Mac.


I’m using iTunes (12.8.2.3) and need to figure out why I can not see purchases but my account balance has suddenly decreased.


I tried signing out and in with what I thought was the correct account but that didn’t seem to work.


Any help would be terrific! Thanks in advance!

The https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ site should show your recent purchases. See If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support to review your subscriptions.
