My Iphone won't let me download any Apps and did not come pre-installed with the App Store application. I get an error every time I try to download an App saying Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.

The App Store is part of ios. It is not possible to remove it from the phone at all, much less get a phone that does not have it on from the factory…

You can not download apps using safari. The only way to download and install apps is using the apps store app.

See if any of the steps in the following link helps.
