Can't login to iTunes Connect

I want to stop selling my book published in 2013, but I can't log in to iTunes Connect.


When attempting to log in, the site displays "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons."

Subsequently, when trying to reset the password, it states "This Apple ID is not valid or not supported."


Could anybody assist in resolving this issue?
