Amazon Prime app Lost Functions after tvOS 18.4 Update

Amazon Prime app for tvOS 18.4 will no longer fast forward or display cast members for shows on the 2017 Apple TV 4k.

Amazon Prime app stops working until Apple TV4K reset I have an Apple TV 4K (1st generation, software is tvOS15.6). Until three months ago, Amazon Prime worked fine. Then it stopped working consistently. Sometimes it will work just fine but other times it won't unless I reset the Apple TV. Then it will work fine but when I come back to it the next day, it won't work until I reset the Apple TV again. It's very annoying. I've tried updating the Apple TV but it says it's up to date. Prime runs without issues on my Firesticks. Help?

Prime Video on Apple TV Cannot watch Thursday Night Football on Prime Video via Apple TV. It works on all of my other devices. I have downloaded the app on Apple TV and we have used it a lot in the past. All other apps (Hulu, ESPN, Paramount, Netflix, etc.) are working. I reset and updated Apple TV and even unplugged it and rebooted. I uninstalled the Prime Video app and then reinstalled it. When i click on the Prime Video app it shows the TNF game and movie choices but none will open when I click on them. Spent an hour on the phone with Amazon to no avail.

Amazon Prime works as always on my Apple TV 4K (2nd gen) and tvOS 18.4. Do you have auto-update turned on for Apps?
