Updating billing information

I need to update my billing info. I did what the links say along with a friend(to double check). I needed to verify the CVV code which I did. Clicked update and nothing happens. It won’t let me delete or update my credit card number nor expiration date. We googled numerous sites and have done exactly what they say. Still can’t update nor delete the card. Hmmm....? Help....anyone....
