MAC Pro 2012

I have an Apple monitor that has a Thunderbolt 2 output plug.

I want to connect the above monitor to a Graphics Card that has the following ports:

HDMI and DisplayPort 1.4

I need to find an adapter that can convert the Thunderbolt 2 plug from the monitor to the HDMI or DisplatPort 1.4 on the graphics card.

Thank you,

Mac Pro

To be ThunderBolt-capable, a Mac must have left the factory with ThunderBolt ports. Mac Pro 2012 42-lb silver tower is NOT ThunderBolt-capable.

As long as Intel controls the chips and the validation process, there will be no add-on cards, or converters that will allow Non-Thunderbolt computers to connect to ThunderBolt devices.

You will need to use a different display with that computer.
