Problems to reinstall Microsoft Office products on MacBook

I have a problem to download my already bought products from Microsoft (Word,Excel etc.) from the App Store.

The problem report says: "There is the version OS X 10.13 or newer needed."

My current version is OS X El Capitan 10.11.16, which is the latest version available.

So what do I need to do ?

You need to upgrade to macOS 10.13. You can access that from here.


Just be aware; if you have any other important applications that won't run on 10.13, they will stop working when you upgrade.


Make sure you have a backup first!
