Can someone tell me how can I fix this? I don’t have Macintosh HD on my Internal Physical disk. And also when I open my Macbook Air (Early 2015) from command+R, it display here OS X Utilities.

As you have a 2015 mac then you can upgrade to macOS Catalina, but High Sierra and Mojave are still available.

Before upgrading make a full back up of your Mac.
Check that third party apps you use have updates available for the new OS.
Check that your printers/ scanners etc have updated drivers and software available for the new OS.
If you are considering upgrading to Catalina be warned that it does not support 32bit apps.
Your Mac is probably running 32bit apps and these will need to be updated to 64bit apps,
some updates may be free, some may be paid. Use this app to discover which apps you have
are 32bit, https://www.stclairsoft.com/Go64/. Once the list has been created you can then
contact the developers of the apps to see if they provide 64bit updates.

You will need to erase the internal storage device "APPLE SSD SM025..." Create a new volume titled Macintosh HD as Mac OS Extended (Journaled).

I named it to “Macintosh HD” then the format available here is OS X Extended (Journaled).
Now I’m installing OS X El Capitan on my Macbook. After installing this, am I able to upgrade it to macOS?
Looks good! Once that finishes erasing you should be able to re-install macOS.
