Hi,
Ive read a lot about the white screen on other devices, I haven’t seen one specific for AppleTV Gen4. I’m confused because it’s just my ITunes Movies app. The ITunes TVShows app works fine. But I can’t get past the white/blue screen on the movies app for anything. Please help! Thanks!
I have done all the rebooting, etc. possible. Nothing works.
