I can’t delete games. When I hold the icon I can get it to wobble but there is not an X to delete it, just able to move it around. I looked at other answers that said to go setting>general>restrictions, but there isn’t an option for restrictions when I do that. This is a new iPad mini 5. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I know the Restrictions options have changed to Screen Time, a newer version of Restrictions.
Use Parental Controls on your child’s iOS device:
