Using Home Sharing to import playlist and media

Trying to setup Home Sharing to import a couple of playlists, with the media, into another family computer. Taken all the steps, but the down arrow never appears next to Library in the Music app. Home Sharing is turned on for both computers (MacBookAirs), and both pointed to the same Apple ID for sharing.

Is there a step that I'm missing or a setting somewhere else that needs to be adjusted?

Both setups running 11.2.3. Thanks!

This wasn't working at all this morning. Done nothing except come back to it this afternoon, and now it appears to be working. I imported a full playlist of 200+ songs to the other MacBookAir, but the playlist itself did not come along, or did not get added to the library of the other computer. Also, at some point the destination computer was importing more than the 200+ songs.
