My iPhone 7 plus bugs after update 14.5.1

Im having various issues right now. Some of them are really annoying cause this is the device i use daily. So here are some problems:

  • touch sensing delay.
  • Low multitasking.
  • takes a few minutes to open a app.
  • random shutdowns.
  • freezing

I need someone to help me with this ASAP. I’d downgrade the iOS version if it’s possible.

the attached photo below is that the widgets go blank Everytime i scroll.

Thanks for the support.

Hi j3lly257,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help with your iPhone 7 Plus performance today. While it would not be possible to downgrade the iOS, but we'd be happy to look into this issue further.

From what you have described, it sounds like this may be battery related. What is the Maximum Capacity percentage in Settings > Battery > Battery Health?

You can read more about performance issues and how they relate to the battery here: iPhone Battery and Performance.

If you do find you need battery service, please see: iPhone Battery & Power Repair.

Have a fantastic day!
