Help! Can't download music anymore to my phone. Tried clearing cache but still the same. Currently running Android 11 on Pixel 4

welcome to the Apple Community.

Wondering if you were logged in with an Apple ID,

when you tried downloading,

and whether there was an error message.

Apple ID Support:

(You can create an Apple ID from the link near the top)

Apple support have articles online to help.

Use Apple Music with your Android devices

If you already subscribe,

just sign in with your Apple ID

Add and download music from Apple Music

After you add music to your library,

you can download it to your device to listen to offline.
