Late model Mac Mini 2014 is still on El Capitan

What is the next OS update after El Capitan? I have a Mac MIni 2014. It's never sent me message to update Now having issues with Salafi on page security issues that can access on another Mac min 2014 with OS Sierra. Example web page Home Depot won't open and many others, they always say fake site when I know its the real site as I sent myself the link from the other Mac Mini. Can I go directly to Monterey? I tried to download a bunch budget an error need OS 11 something thing like that.

Later Safari versions are built into the later macOS versions.

A 2014 Mac Mini can run all the way up to the latest macOS Monterey.
