Using MacBook pro with Dell Thunderbolt Dock WD19TB

I've been trying to adapt my dell dock to use with my MacBook pro.

I wasn't able to make both my monitors work with it even though I tried almost everything that could make a difference.

I've had these configurations so far:

Two HDMI monitors connected using passive HDMI-DP cables - Duplicate monitors, both flickering
Two HDMI monitors one connected using a passive HDMI-DP cable, the other with an active adapter - The one with the active cable wasn't flickering
Two HDMI monitors one connected using a active HDMI-DP adapter, the other with a UGREEN HDMI-Thunderbolt3 cable - The other screen isn't turning on

The last setup should work from what Dell specifies on their website, but it doesn't. It works with my Dell laptop, but not with the MacBook.

Did I have to do anything else on the MacBook? Download drivers? Set something up in the settings?

Okay problem solved,

apple lack of support for MTS, daisy-chaining, or any 21 century technology is quite amazing IMHO.

I am left stuck with an M1 chip that supports basically nothing.

Don't even get in this rabbit-hole like I did.

You can try DisplayLink hubs, but it might also not work.

I am not going to spend more money on another hub anyway.
