Issues with my headphone adapter
When I plug in my headphone adapter the iPhone reads that it is in then when I go play music the sound will come out of my phone but then the headphones
How do I fix that ???

As it shows there, you'll want to check for debris, damage, or loose connections. Here's another guide to help with Cleaning your iPhone - Apple Support.
You may also want to test the iPhone with another headset to see if the issue remains with the iPhone or the headset.
If the second pair works, contact the manufacturer of the initial pair and ask if you need a replacement. If the second pair doesn't work, contact Apple Support.
