Duplicate songs with different iCloud symbols

hello. I’m sure my question has been asked in the past. If it has, please direct me to the thread. I noticed some songs in Apple music are not synced to my phone. I finally opened music app on my 2013 MacBook Pro. First thing I noticed it that songs are duplicated but with different iCloud symbols. One has the ready to download symbol and the other is dotted iCloud symbols. Can someone please let me know what this means. Will manually deleting the dotted iCloud symbol songs mess up my iCloud music library. Please help.

See Duplicate songs in iTunes - Apple Community. Hopefully signing out of your Apple ID and then signing in again will resolve the duplicates. See also Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC - Apple Support.
