Apple ID
I bought a phone from a stranger and today I updated the phone and there is a blocked Apple ID, I could not find the old owner, what should I do?

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
