"about Macbook Air turning off when it’s loading in: i reseted them both and it continues to load then turn off, could it just be the MacBook ?"

Troubleshooting Login Loop:

Unless it is overheating, then it won't seems to be a hardware issue. So, two things to try...

  • Reinstall the macOS:

Go Here: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple SupportImportant: Be certain to create a backup of your Mac prior to all of this. That way, you can have something to restore from the Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall. Once reinstalled, try this once more.

  • Boot into Safe Mode:

Try logging in using Safe Mode (Hold down shift key upon boot). See if you can log in. Items only load as they do by default, while you are booted into Safe Mode. All caches are set aside.  Go Here: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support

Reset the SMC and your NVRAM:

(Applies to Intel-Based Macs Only) Sometimes when changes are made to the system(i.e. updates), system configurations (i.e. for Sound) become manipulated, technically. So, reset the SMC and NVRAM.
