Poor sound quality of iPhone 16 Pro Max

Is there a clear solution and a clear answer from Apple regarding this problem?

I visited the service centre and they told me that my phone was fine. There is marginal improvement in the sound and touch quality after recent updates.

I’m having exactly the same issue on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I upgraded from an iPhone 14 Pro Max and didn’t have this issue. Hope a fix can be made soon.

Same problem here on iPhone 16 pro max.. whatsapp sound quality is poor and very low.. will there be any solution for this anytime soon? This is getting frustrating

Very poor sound quality of whatsapp audio in iPhone 16 pro max other sounds are perfect but only whatsapp audio unable to hear in the public places

I reported to both (Apple and WhatsApp)

Apple says take phone to Apple Store where clueless geniuses cannot explain why this is happening while WhatsApp company didn't respond.

I contacted WhatsApp and they did not make any comment or response, they keep pushing their updates and no solution.

Same happened to my iPhone 16 Pro Max, sound in WhatsApp is very poor while I am listening to voice notes or record my voice then listen, I tried Spotify and YouTube Music the sound was so loud and great, BTW how can I report a bug? Shall I report it to WhatsApp or Apple?

I’m also facing similar issues with my 16 Pro Max. I think I’ll wait for the next update from Apple. Since most of us are facing sound and/or touch issues on this device, Apple will address it sooner than they normally do. My iPhone 13 was better performing device than this flagship device.
