View your notification history by swiping down from the top left of the screen. If you see the Notification there, the icon displayed should show the app or service that it belongs to. You can provide a screenshot if you see the message but are unable to identify where it came from.
I assume this is a third party email provider. Check with them for devices that have requested access to that email account.
