Non removable tiny dots in my screen (Macbook m4 pro) bought only 5 months ago

I have recently bought a 14.2 inch MacBook Pro with m4 pro chip and I used to clean my screen daily but one day I noticed few dots in my screen and even by using 70% isp alcohol I can't remove it, is there any problem and how can I remove these. if I'm supposed to replace a screen how much will it cost to do it
