can i make a scene to change a light colour on movement only if its already on

Is it possible to set a scene to change the colour of a smart light when the doorbell detects movement but only if that light was already on?

for example, if I’m in my studio the lights will be on. Only then would I want the lights to change colour briefly when movement is detected by our HomeKit doorbell.

is that possible?

i can do it now except it works whether the light was on before or not.

I’ve set it to change back when motion is no longer detected.
